I moved up to only buying 20 lot plus developments anymore.. by the time you do the brain drain at least you have 20 lots in one spot you can attack.. it could literally take you years to find 20 separate lots that made sense.

That two year period also gave me sufficient time to learn a lot about the different investing strategies, to sharpen my deal analysis skills, to continue to develop relationships with property managers, agents, banks, contractors, attorneys, and tax strategists, and to really lay out a plan of attack moving forward.  

BRRRR is probably a better plan of attack for you.

I am not a fear monger but what happens if there is a cyber attack, or EMP that prevents us from accessing that money.

No, there shouldn't be a rooster at the property that attacks the appraiser, and yes the utilities should be on and functional when the appraiser shows up.

Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties.

I don't have very much saved as of now, being that I have been attacking credit card debt and not saving as I should.
