Are you tired of working hard all year to lose the largest chunk of that money to the IRS?

No unregistered vehicles and no vehicle repair on property is in the lease (although I wouldn't have a problem with emergency battery and tire situations, I prefer they don't change the oil on the property.

Best case, they are tired of dealing with you, and buy out your interest at Fair Market Value.In any event, in three years you are likely to be home free.  

However I had spent my first 15 years after college working for myself so I was tired of working for other people after the second 15 years.
