Communists, Globalists, Anarchists, Conspiracy Theorists and useful idiots which are basically the people who do not know why they are there but they have some sorted gripe.They will go away with the cold weather but they will be back periodically to divert attention away from this country's failing economic policies.The Tea Party has already been standing up to the government on bailout and tarp issues which seems to be the only commonality with the Occupy groups.In my opinion the Occupy movement is unsustainable because it is fabricated.

If it's in bad shape and is fraying or falling apart then deal with the problematic areas, but I wouldn't go as far to say it's a deal breaker.If you're going to demo or remodel, you're going to have a couple extra steps in the process (wetting, bagging, sealing) and it will be more expensive, and may require a hazmat demo permit (depending on what your county or state requires) - also has to be dropped in a different section of the landfill, or in a specific hazmat landfill.
