I suspect a lot of the population shift is people moving from the old/functionally obsolete housing stock  in Cleveland proper (the older neighborhoods that popped up during the industrial age) into newer built homes 10 minutes down the road in the suburbs because the land simply isn't available within the city limits.We have some major economic drivers in the academic and medical fields.  

Been so long I would have to look where they are.Once they book my message say to confirm how many people and if any pets and also there reservation will be confirmed once they send me a copy of their Driver's license.

While doing more due diligence, I realized that the Air Force base in Dover would likely be a driver for the rental market in Kent County. 

Once I have a **COMPLETE** application including a driver's license and paycheck stub, I check (free) local court records for evictions and criminal records for all locations listed as work or home addresses.
