We have seen crypto currency investing get a lot more interest as well.

You should break down the income by unit (or unit type) and any additional income (coin laundry, parking garage, etc). 

@Eric Schuster This is a really good question and I believe there are always two sides to every coin.

This land is open and I am considering a number of things and a coin operated car wash is an option. 

There are several things that can go wrong and the investor (and the seller) are both hoping to pull this off without a hitch.It's like buying Crypto, sure it sounds like a great idea, but there are many landmines along the way.

Lots of coin and sheer overkill in my opinion.

I am actually going to take my first "mini retirement" (phrased coined by Tim Ferriss) and spend the next six months backpacking SE Asia and Australia.

Maybe it you have laundry, make that coin operated. 

If possible, go to a local crypto meetup and ask around there for a referral.  

The building is in excellent shape so mostly I go there every 2 weeks to check in and collect coin op laundry money.
