George Esparza, whom the Los Angeles Times has described as one of Huizar's closest aides , also agreed to plead guilty to racketeering as part of what the U.S. attorney described as a “Huizar’s pay-to-play bribery scheme.”

Yes interest accumulates, but it won't be much in the grand scheme of things.

For those that don't want the details - Phil is running a typical bait and switch  scheme. 

It doesn't mean you have no say, but ask them for options and when it comes to picking out colours...ask for enough lead time that you can go in, look at the options they provided and then pick the colour you want.

However, I have always made the profit hourly, I have always made the numbers work for me by always being flexible on my driving strategy,  and I haven't once complained about any business scheme the rideshare giants have pulled in the 8 years I have been driving. 

Several others are also filing multiple complaints and reports to get to the bottom of this problem with these particular lenders.Several of us have come together, because we feel like this is a elaborate complex Ponzi scheme.

Otherwise, I will continue moving forward in seeking legal justice alongside other clients who have been victimized by the schemes and scams of multiple companies, including Zoomeral and Genie Investments NV.

A year or so later they were arrested for some elaborate multi million dollar Ponzi scheme!

While it seems like a large number, in the grand scheme of things, that is relatively small, and I'm not certain how valuable it may be.
