With the Distressed Home Consultant law, I would flat out not approach pre-foreclosure bank "short sale" if it is not listed by a agent (that you have affiliation) on the MLS.

We get 100-150 at an event in Waltham, and it is 75% experienced people and 25% newbies and affiliated professionalsI'm told Boston Wealth Builders is a good group but I haven't been.Most of the rest are either promoting a selling speaker or a mentorship program.
