We've got a whole bunch of stuff to throw away, but also a whole bunch of stuff like books, furniture, tools, artwork, etc, that I think is worth money and could be sold.for those of you that do trash outs, and I'm guessing most flippers do, has anyone ever gotten down to monetizing the trash out process?

We've only had one other really bad tenant, and in that case we did the same of taking the individual to court, as mentioned earlier to Nicholas, even though we knew we wouldn't see a cent, just to protect others down the track.As per Florida law, we issued them with a 3 day pay-or-leave notice last week that expired on Friday, and as best as we can ascertain they have left, bar some items of furniture left behind and a set of keys left on the kitchen counter.

Your house looks great and you have done a top jobThe bedrooms are small so anyone that wants a really large bedroom will rule it out.If you stage the bedrooms with smaller furniture, and mirrors it will look larger and give people an idea of how they can furnish it.
