@Jonathan Schneider @Kim Tucker I'm curious your thoughts on this: I feel like in order for an agent to earn worthwhile commissions as an "investor-friendly agent", the agent should probably enforce a minimum commission on all deals, with the investor responsible for meeting the portion of the commission above the 3% that the seller pays.That way the investor's priorities and agent's priorities are aligned.For example, if an agent enforces a minimum commission of $3500 (arbitrary number I picked), and the agent subsequently finds an amazing investment property for $50k, great!
