Baltimore Multifamily Shines During the PandemicI've been seeing some folks interested in Baltimore's multifamily market, and I wanted to shed some light on this market during this time. 

For clarity though - part of that is through rent appreciation (increasing rents as the rental market has gone up), as well as making moves with properties that let me maximize my income by shedding debt.  

Hoping someone might be in a similar situation and can shed light on this.My wife and I live in Texas, and are interested in a property in Denver as an STR, but we are worried we may not qualify under their licensing rules.

Many carriers right now are trying to shed business as a way of de-risking.

(an upgrade from the 3-tab shingles)  IF the slope is only 4/12 or 5/12, then yes use the 3-tab ones, as they will shed water off the roof on lower slopes than the dim sh's will.IF you are in a snow laden area, then you MUST include using ice/water barrier around the perimeter lines as well.

Currently it is filled with tons of junk from the Neighbor business including oil barrels, tons of broken items, and sheds that they use for storage.

We have the perfect storm of lazy misguided agents and a lackadaisical board that could care less if a shed is listed as a multifamily property.
