Is there a vision that any others will become shareholders (or be granted grant options to acquire shares) in the company in the future?

After he explained to me how tough and expensive the market is right now, I then told him about my vision/plan which is, to hopefully be able to generate 10%-12% return on my cash/year.

I just sometimes get tunnel vision and want things now, now now!!!

Chris I appreciate you taking the time to extend some numbers I have a local mentor that is assisting me in finding deals for duplexes and larger single family homes we are building a list currently with several properties that will cash flow roughly around 800-1000 per door with less than 20k in renovations I'm more than open to learning more in regards to your style of investing I have a very clear vision of how I want to go about this journey however I learn everyday and would love to learn from you as well again thank you for your time!!!

If you screen tenants well/interview prop mgt companies who will work in that area and share your vision, it’s an area where you can “Do Good” and also “Do Well”.
