I am trying to figure out the best possible option.Can anyone give me tips to differentiate between genuine and fakes?

Be genuinely interested in their life and listen for "change" in their life or their friends/family.

Please be nice, I'm a total newb and genuinely want to spend my learning time well.

People are more likely to help you if they feel that you are genuine and are not just looking for a handout.

I'm very curious to learn about local opportunities, as well, as I genuinely have a lot of faith in the future of the economy and desirability of this place, even if I do end up starting my search farther from home.

It is so helpful and refreshing to be a part of group of people who are genuinely invested in the success of others, especially newbies like myself!

There is tons of information, and it seems that everyone genuinely wants to help each other.

Then it has all of the things that some of the great NW Philly neighborhoods have going for them, but at a much lower price tag - great sense of community and genuine pride in belonging to that community, diversity, and proximity to the park.
