@Bobby Beard ...Just do it...like mentioned, you wont have to go to 100' for recreational certification, but once you learn the mechanics of it, the depth wont bother you.

I'd do an in-depth analysis of the Top 10 metrics you value, then just look at it based on which market scores the best!
