NO EXPERIENCE whats so ever, i've just heard(read) a lil bit about it here and there.

I'm brand new to the site and just recently found Bigger Pockets.

I have recently found a small duplex, I noticed on realtor.com that the taxes paid in 2015 were double all the previous years.

There are definitely exceptions to everything I just said and I’m glad you found a lot of value in your business degree, but I’ve just never come across anyone impressed by a piece of piece of paper prior to a real estate transaction.

I've just got this feeling that if someone trespasses onto the property and gets hurt-- they might pull me into a lawsuit. 

I've just started my research so maybe I don't fully understand the beginnings of the process yet but here is a scenario I go over in my head:I find a property that I like and want to buy.

       I've just recently been bitten by the real estate bug and have been listening to a lot of audio books written and recommended by Bigger Pockets.

Right now, I've just been sharing with him all the things I spent money on so he won't have to haha but yes, if you're willing, we'd love to learn from you

I've just begun my journey into MH investing and hope to leave my job within the year as well!
