@Amy Lin, I will echo and add some to Taylor's response, which covers a lot of it.My first concern is that there seem to be a lot of "cooks in the kitchen".  

Once it's cooking though, it's great.

Yeah id love to see it but keep in mind i wont be in cook county, because i know they have some diffrent rules. 

We meet with potential clients and often either have coffee & donuts or sometimes cook and have lunch with them so they can see how different layouts, appliances and cabinets function to see how well it might fit there needs. 

Personally I have already had a nightmare in Melrose Park (Cook County) which is on the western side of Chicago.
