I was told last night that there was shouting and doors slamming and all that drama stuff happening in the common area in front of her unit (its an up/down duplex and they were fighting at the front entrance in front of the first floor units door). 

Sorry, I know it is harsh, but that is the reality of real estate, and it happens more than most realize. 

4 people that may or may not know each other in one space is always going to have a certain amount of drama. 

If there is an issue legally with anyone closing this deal (i.e. title company, attorney, etc.) then move on, otherwise don't over think it.Be Real.Don't get caught up in the drama.

I hope I am not being too harsh but the numbers do not make sense to me unless there is a good value add, you are very confident of good appreciation, or you purchased it below market such that there is instant equity.Good luck

-I wish someone who have told me about all the drama that's involved in renovations/landlords,  whether it's the HVAC guy, or a tenant, there's always drama-- believe it or not!

It is not based in reality whatsoever and everything is fake drama.
