My GC is having a hard time finding kitchen counter tops from their distributor.

New paint, HVAC, countertops, bath fixtures in both sides.

Don't think so, it is more about tile, cabinetry, and countertops in appraisals.   

, but I think the workforce housing model can be justified in that if you're providing folks in a C+ neighborhood a B- unit, do they need new countertops, or can they just be refinished or simply cleaned? 

I have access to get flooring at close to no cost, countertops for half (if not less), cabinets discounted, and tile at/or below cost.

A kitchen is just some boxes on the walls, a sink or two, some appliances, and a pretty countertop. 

Different angle of the kitchen, a shed that we used as storage (bought off of Amazon), and the exterior of the trailer (notice the snow :))- Bathroom renovation (new sink, faucet, countertop, painted mirror, etc.)- More finished interior shots! 

These houses don't have garages, and granite countertops...they are all crap in need of rehab...and when I rehab them they will all be getting builders grade material as they will be used for rentals, not flips.

If you did something I would maybe paint the cabinets white and replace the counter top with a darker color.

The pictures looked great and the listing mentioned stone countertops, tile floors and new mechanicals.
