She may try and bluff you into thinking you have to honor your verbal agreement to sell your property to them whenever they are ready, or to continue to rent it to them at a loss - LOL - but good luck with that one.

If you know the law, nobody can bluff you and you can be confident in your negotiations.I think you should consider that CA is a huge state, and LA and SF are but a tiny part of the state.
