I am interested in what you all think are the biggest ways that a capital stack/ fees can align with investors and GPs.

We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines and feel that masks will likely be required (if not by the city, then by BiggerPockets). 

Haven't thought about paying my agent to do vigilant monitoring, but I could definitely do that( but then again he is buying the other side of the house, so.... he is going to have to go there anyway... maybe some discount right?)

You can try to fight them but you might find yourself on the short end of the stick and your unit being monitored more closely due to your willingness to put up a fight against them.

Eventually, this ongoing dynamic monitoring became an administrative burden. 

Here in Atlanta, monitored alarm systems have to be registered for a $ 250 fee and false alarms are also $ 250.00 ......Police may put lien against the property.

Once the system is installed Guardian provides monthly read, monitor and bill services.
