Clinton expanded it during his administration to include the black bag searches whereby,(governmental entities) can enter one's home without permission while it's unattended and look for whatever. .....Bush wants to broaden it's powers....enough is enough.

It's really a mixed bag in most neighborhoods in the city limits.

Again, having been personally involved with disasters ranging from tornadoes, fires, floods, earthquakes and hurricanes for over half of my life my wife and I never go on any long road trips without taking a reasonable amount of water, food, warm clothing, sleeping bags, road flares, a first aid kit and other items of self protection.

@Jonathan Tea for most of the routine maintenance things, they only need a handy man but they should have a contractor to handle larger tenant turn overs.

The regs (plastic sheeting, negative air, double bagging debris) make the work a bit more costly but it’s pretty standard at this point I think I have been paying RRPs for 8 years now....

Not everyone's cup of tea, but I like the taste.
