Some decisions are very basic, like beef or chicken for dinner or what shirt to wear.

I'm just as big as the guy in the blue shirt and I'm in no need of the product.

I invented the personalized postage stamp and then someone else did too because they were more proactive.

Wear logoed shirts all the time, have a sign on your car, tell a story about a crazy seller, etc.

You'll get through this :)When I send notices to problem tenants in writing, I send a certified letter, a regular letter, and I have my contractor post one on her door and photograph it with the time/date stamp and property number visible.
