Hi Jacob.I have been in the construction business and a contractor for over 20 years now with the past 7 or so doing rehabs for myself and investors, also tossed in my real estate license to add to it.Its great being in the trades, allows me to walk in and instantly figure what I need and my rough costs allowing me to quite quickly figure a max price I can pay for a property.
