May not seem likely, because you are looking at it like a rental, but as my example showed you can and will make money when using other systems then the rent and hold rental system, which is not a bad system, but not all properties fit its model.You can make money on almost any property if you understand and use the proper system that that property fits into.It may not be for you Mike, but as I have demonstrated, with this property you can make money.
