This is a nit and largely due to only one picture, but to me that light screams to be on the other side or that door (above the plant).

@Michael Plante @John Baker I would do Plumbing then HVAC then Electric or HVAC then plumbing then electric. 

There is 8 acres in a great location along the river that was the former site of a fertilizer manufacturing plant.

Also look up Austin, TX, Normal, IL, Huntsville AL has upcoming future manufacturing plants in the area, you can catch up with the pattern.

Maybe some mulch and low growing plantings in front to clean it up and minimize trimming in that area.

I had to hold the palm sander on it for a good 15 seconds for the top layer to start to come off...once it did, I could see the texture of the wood below it.I then cleaned the doors with degreaser.
