It is nice because Cozy does not give you any of their sensitive information (like SSN or credit card info) used to run the credit and background check so it take the onus off of you as the landlord to protect that information.Once you approve a tenant, they set up their payment info with Cozy and pay through the website as well.

Sub2 is always equally against the rules, and those rules always have an equal amount of teeth to them.What will be unique about FHA is that you may not need to do that legal gray area approach at all.
