But I can honestly say I have had brand new members throw out a statement or question that has made my head spin.

Remember if you have 20 listings but 8 sell and the rest are overpriced and cost you a bunch of money you are spinning your wheels and if lucky breaking even.

I still have a full time job so I hate spinning my wheels.

It would be great to hear a no-spin version on deals done and profit made.

Every single piece of legislation that affects your business is constructed, at least partially, based on media spin.

Why do you get taken by gurus, lose money in deals, chase your tail and spin your wheels, get in trouble, lose credibility. look silly or like a fool, not understand industry ethics or requirements, unknowingly mess over a property owner or a buyer??????
