would you purchase a house that can reliably produce a 500.00 cash flow if there was little chance for any meaningful appreciation?

I'm looking to spark some possible new ideas so any feedback is welcome.

Here's my take - It can either paralyze you or spark your creative juices to prevent what you fear might happen.

Show lots of interest on Real estate topic and activities Then RE becomes one of your Interesting TOpics and by synergy it might spark and interest on her to see what you are up too, then she will be a bit open.  

To most people, their home is incredibly important and meaningful.

Just paid Sparkly Clean $440 and it is definitely not a deep clean.

Any more details on this one in order to opine in a more meaningful way?

Sadly it just kept being a bad experience, from failure to get meaningful feedback from people who visited the property to pricing to advocating on my behalf, to when I told her I was done with her.

And then there are probably buildings in the heart of some bad downtown areas where you'll see cap rates in the 12-15% range, and perhaps even higher.There's really no average that would be at all meaningful...
