The Lady behind me died of brain cancer about a year ago.

Germany was beaten in WW1, industry was ruined, some of it's territory was annexed, there were some war indemnities and reparations, the spirit of people were below the floor, the money they printed were channeled through the whole population thus making hyperinflation possible.

That, believe it or not causes many cancer patients into bankruptcy. 

I only heard of people having their claim denied and I never heard one sales pitch mention where the insurance saved someone financial ruin.

The catch is that this person has been paying medical bills for her mother's cancer treatments since 2007 and is finally thinking of declaring bankruptcy in order to come to a settlement on how to arrange those medical bill payments.

If you can make your mortgage payments, be glad you are not in financial crisis... or ruin.

A bad one will ruin your property, eat away at your income stream, and create headaches.

This would ruin the BRRR strategy as it leaves original money in the house.

I would point to the ruins of 2008...which everyone seems to have forgotten.   

That ruins their work schedule and means less money.
