Hi BP Family,I have begun the process of rebuilding 8 of my rental units.  

It was a tear down / rebuild and they got robbed regularly.

His situation was a little bit different in that he purchased a single-family home that was already zoned for multifamily, leveled the house and is rebuilding.  

I had talked to some people about the cost of tearing it down and rebuilding.

Mainly focus on run down properties with good locations,  either for fix or complete rebuilds.

REIGuard will also insure for actual cash value instead of rebuild cost.

@Kevin Wattenbarger Thank you for your response.We want to help rebuild the area after the storm, and of course like any other investor to make money.After research we are looking for properties in Zip codes 32405, 32404, 32407, 32408, 32444.We will be happy to cooperate, we are looking for fix & flip and also to buy, renovate and hold in other areas

I wanna stay away from the remodeling or rebuilding as I am in a strict budget for this.

I'm considering demolishing the house (pretty old, small and not the design I'm after) and re-building a newer, larger house as the lot size is very big at over 6000 sq ft.Has anyone gone through such a process?
