If your profit is based on a human's behavior, you might want to brush up on diplomatic/negotiating skills.

I know you have spent a ton of money and are now in crisis mode trying to save costs but now is not the time to skimp to get them out and make costly mistakes.Good Luck.

ALSO, say things like "..it sounds very violent, like they are fighting" BUT, be careful not to lie or make a false report when the operator tries to get you to be more specific, just keep saying it sounds like they are fighting, and I can't really hear exactly what's being said, but "...they are being angry and violent sounding" ....keep it vague and if they try and over question you, like they do in LA to avoid the call, just tell them your doing your part and reporting the problem, you are not a professional psychologist or crisis interventionist, they should send someone who is, like Police!

If my tenant is chronically late sometimes it because they had some financial crisis that kept them down and they are having a hard time managing there money to catch up.

No surprise it was a housing bubble / sub-prime (aka junk) mortgage crisis, that turned into an economic crisis.
