The biggest thing I think I learned after a few years of doing this is to not overreact and not sweat the small stuff - don't instantly jump on somebody making a minor lease violation or minor behavior problem.

Moratorium extension thru 30 June 21.You want to call your rep, here's some talking points (in my monthly apt eMail, so criticism appreciated):Interfering with commercial and contract law – The moratoria go directly to the ability of two people to enter a contract (ie lease) and either being able to enforce the same contract.Rewarding bad behaviors and discouraging good – If this bill passes, most tenants that are diligent and follow the terms of their lease with payments are now wondering why they did it since those that are don’t pay are getting a bailout.
