The biggest thing I think I learned after a few years of doing this is to not overreact and not sweat the small stuff - don't instantly jump on somebody making a minor lease violation or minor behavior problem.   

I could understand that behavior in rural areas where travelers look for hiking or any sort of that type of activities. 

I don't think this is unusual behavior or any grounds for eviction that a court would consider.

Amazingly he apologized for his behavior and all is good again! 

What is the consequence of this behavior?

pps - The run on toilet paper is hysteria and such nonsensical behavior doesn't do anyone any good.

only way this peaks & diminishes is from behavior change.
