MTM rentals are too much work, Cleveland is a great area for MTR's, assuming you're near the clinic and downtown. 

Reviews are primarily stating that there is a brief free trial then you have to call to cancel, and those who did try to call to cancel seem to have tried for months without being able to get ahold of anyone.
