HI carmen I do a lot of work in Dayton  we have our own contracter there, we are  working hard to move up projects and get as many rental units on the market as possible because there is a shortage and many displaced peole.. they are going to need funds including investment funds to rebuild the city.

Can anyone recommend Cleveland Ohio contractors to help me with some small apartment remodels/rebuilds?

The two homes in question have reached the end of their useful life so we are in the process of planning to tear them down and rebuild.

Hi BP Family,I have begun the process of rebuilding 8 of my rental units.  

It was a tear down / rebuild and they got robbed regularly.

His situation was a little bit different in that he purchased a single-family home that was already zoned for multifamily, leveled the house and is rebuilding.  

I had talked to some people about the cost of tearing it down and rebuilding.

Mainly focus on run down properties with good locations,  either for fix or complete rebuilds.
