A lease could allow tenants the ability to wash their clothes in a community washing room or the ability to plant stuff in a community garden.

It also seems a little cluttered, so if you could remove some of the decor and the side table but leave the plant it would help.The bed/bath looks great, but I would suggest hanging the TV up on the wall.

To answer a previous poster's question, yes, 13,000 square feet is plenty room to plant fruit trees, have a garden with a stream in it and waterfall, bbq, large swimming pool, shed for the long boards and a 5 bed / 6 bath house.   

It’s all about 15 miles of Gulf of Mexico tropical beach with easy access wherever you live or rent that  draws people to our attractive beach town . 

I am wondering if I can work out a way that that can maintain the flower beds.So many times the mulched/planted beds are never touched and we have a jungle of weeds to clean up.

The new Honda plant in Jeffersonville should attract some Dayton residents as well.

Mold is a plant, it needs water to grow.
