Have any of you done a pre-approval survey through Google Survey?

I'm looking for advice on ordering an ILC/Plat survey - would it be a mistake not to get one? 

Property Survey, topographic or boundary survey7. 

Regarding the NH rental market - I figured I would jump in since I found this in my recent research:  The 2017 Residential Rent Cost Survey, conducted by New Hampshire Housing.

Some lenders require environmental surveys on ANY commercial property regardless or current or historical use.  

Does anyone have Comps or an estimated value for a duplex in zip-code 32901, walking distance to the historic downtown area, exactly 1 mile west or a 20 min. walk to Hell 'n Blazes Brewing Co  (Unit A is 2 bed/ 1 bath and Unit B is 1 bed/ 1 bath), about 1300 - 1544 sqft based on the survey provided (I haven't measured the higher value includes the garage sqft). 

Which we just need to survey off and record. 

So there's this survey saying that Seattle/SF/San Jose homeowners are unhappy ; while Detroit/Birmingham homeowner mostly are happier homeowners. 

Further, according to Redfin, demand for large rental apartments and houses will climb, one in five millennials who responded to a 2023 housing survey believe they’ll never own a home.

Some day they’ll do a survey and figure out how many of the thousands of BP members have ever been SUCCESSFULLY sued on their 10’s of thousands of properties.
