We checked the water meter every time we went to the building I had a BIG note for myself,, If the meter needle was spinning even slightly I knew we had a drip or leak and I was right on it..

After reading posts after posts of land trust, LLC and asset protection, etc, my head is spinning.

That puts a little political spin on it, but we don't really know where those specific dollars came from, but the loan probably made funds available.Karen, I don't really disagree, I just see another aspect as well.So far, no landlords seem too interested in keeping a close eye on any "strange" tenants....Does everyone have a hazardous materials clause in their lease agreement?

Of course I will hire an attorney once I go to spin up the business, but free fact finding is exactly what these forums are for.
