A wholesaler posting fraudulent comps is just as abusive to your site and unethical as a buyer sidestepping a wholesaler to make a deal (something you address on your site).Have a rating system for wholesalers so the good ones can be identified.

If the grass is greener they will jump it sounds and then you will have to deal with a vacancy and you are most likely going to have to lower the price anyway to attract a renter and take a gamble on someone new. 

Construction is one of the worst businesses to gamble in (ie profit and liability), from injury to defects to contractural disputes.

So I guess I am taking a gamble if I kick him out in the next 1-2 months. 

you will get in some major legal trouble if you enter into a contract and provide fraudulent documents... 

Now what you are proposing can be considered fraudulent if you are dumping money in to appear like you have funds within LLC with the intention of withdrawing right back out.

The lease we had been shown in order to get us to close at the agreed price was a fraudulent lease!
