There is a plan for cameras 👍🏼 and there already is a motion sensor light that turns on, but it hasn’t deterred the activity...I want the behaviors to stop...and quite frankly there to be no narcotics on my property.

Some landlords have changed their wording to ask if people have any animals to address deceptive tenant behavior, they require a form filled pre-occupancy.

His wife is a nice gal who never bothers me and I don't think really cares about the issues that he brings up to me, if he was more like his wife, I would not be considering terminating his tenancy, and I have talked to him in the past about his behavior, told him I would not tolerate it and that if he didn't like the way I did things, he could move and it did get better... for awhile until it recently started again.

Besides the dropping that will be on every square foot of carpet that will turn it into a gurgling primordial ooze a large bird with any sort of stress or behavioral issues will often act out in a destructive manner.

At minimum, you may be able to use the problem regarding the dog to lower the price with the seller.I think there are insurance companies out there now that will cover pit bulls with no history of aggressive behavior.  

It's a whole different ball game for us with a very different set of rules about drunk behavior among friends or in public than here in the States.We are, granted, not generally perceived as a deeply inhibited and socially reserved people when sober.

From previous posts, I have heard the city can be quite difficult to deal with and there is/was some shady behaviors costing investors a lot of time/money and headaches.
