Growing area, more jobs, growing community, a few colleges, and good sports teams.

Personally, I am a huge sports fan and poker player.

UK and German travel to our area is huge in the summer, as well.

But in this case, it didn't, for a couple of reasons 1) @Alex Craig (while his choice in sports teams is questionable, his knowledge of Memphis and Little Rock real estate is not) made a great point about some good B class areas being just down the street.  

I do haver a full time job and a full time family (A wife, a 4 year old and a 7 month old daughter as well as my 110lbs German Shephard Monty).

Owning such stuff is not illegal but did anyone ask why he had such stuff, sure wasn't for hunting or sport shooting.
