No one has figured out how to sell art, jewelry and other unique products online.

You need to have different buckets of funds, Roth IRA, real estate, gold/art, cash, notes, etc etc. otherwise you're vulnerable to fewer changes in law. 

It's not just the furniture, but the art on the walls really makes a place feel like a home rather than an empty box.Staging really helps make a place feel better.
