I have a lot of visitors and page views, but I haven't really figured out how to use it to make any direct money... :-) It's certainly helped me gain a good reputation, which has allowed me to find partners, lenders, etc.

Your visitor should be able to quickly determine in 3 seconds what you're all about.  

However, there are areas of the DFW Metroplex that a screaming to be flipped. 

@Jason Fiet That would be screaming deal here but I also know areas that it would be horrible.

There will always be tourists coming and going + there are lots of cool old houses that are just screaming for a rehab = lots of potential there for investors like us.

Is that literally like saying no visitors or does it just apply to the person/people you think are over the occupancy limit or staying there without going through the background checks in place?

I built my website myself and I'm contantly adding content as well as offer a newsletter to my visitors.

Gold is screaming higher.

I would have been screaming if I didn't have tradespeople on site the following day, depending on the severity of the issue.My experience has been much different that yours.AG
