Currently, if a water bill is not paid, the city sells it to the county, then the county puts it on the property taxes with 12% penalties, and if you don't pay the taxes they foreclose.This tenant has now become "addicted" to not paying water and extermely unlikely to change.Start eviction now so they will be out by spring - the best time to find a new tenant.Email us if you have any other questions as we don't do the DM thing here.

Compare that against the cost of having two furnace and air units installed and all Freon lines and duct work ran through the ceilings and floors.If a unit ever goes down in a cold winter or hot summer the tenant has a second unit as a back up to use until the broken one is repaired.You will not have to get the call saying a heroine addict has stolen an entire outside air unit for scrap and you need to replace it asap because its 94 degrees outside.No pilot lights to go out on a furnace.

Here are the main ones:1) I’m not happy, My major in architecture requires an unbelievable amount of time and effort, I’m doing extremely well but I’d rather be investing this time into something I enjoy learning (real estate). 2) If I stay this track, I’ll be 120+ thousand dollars in debt for a degree in architecture when I do not need this degree to be in real estate.
