Bigger Pockets Youtube channel is great to get a visual when learning some of the basics (analyzing deals etc), but also the BP podcats obviously.I also like "cash flow ninja" podcast, and "lifetime cashflow with real estate" by rod klief. 

I would appreciate any input as to whether this seems like a good deal or am I just spinning my wheels?

There's alot of good info online, but there are so many restrictions that can trigger a disqualified transaction, that it can make your head spin.

if you're thinking that a realtor will steer you into good deals, you're spinning your wheels.

I've had a recent unexpected plumbing issue where the main needed to be rodded out to clear a buildup (the house was built in 1930's). 

I have experience in managing large multi family apartments and the leasing of them, however that part bores me as I’m a big picture thinker and managing tenants makes my head spin. 

We have gone the "traditional" route with a spin. 

If you don't select a niche, you'll spin around in circles trying to do a little of everything and not mastering anything.
