We have always been prompt to address or fix any issues and have never raised rent on them.Last year around this time, they renewed their contract and signed another two year contract from June 2015-May 2017.

(they hate them in most nice single family neighborhoods)  If a blade of grass is 1/8" over, I get a letter. if the garbage cans are not taken off the curb promptly, I get a letter.
