It's a 4plex with each unit renting for about 650-700.It is in good shape, but definitely in need of some cosmetic repair.Each unit is 2 bed 1 bath with about 1100 sq.What do you guys normally spend on these items, keep in mind its a 4plex and all 4 units need the following:PaintCleaningnew flooring (kitchen, bath, some carpet, hardwood just needs a good waxing)What would you estimate to be the cost, I know it would be a ballpark fiqure but it will give me a good idea of where to start.

He has rehabbed it and it is now totally redone...fresh paint, new kitchen, refreshed hardwoods, new linoleum in the kitchen, new heating/cooling sytem.

The tenants of course would pay the utilities as well.I might add that the home is very beautiful with old hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout, crown molding, etc.

Some companies also have standardized systems in place and will automatically make renovations such as changing carpet to hardwood or a standard paint color which in the end cuts down on rent ready repairs and turn around time if the property should become vacant.
