You should make sure there's not something similar in Maine.One project I worked on that did this successfully was in Napa Valley where they turned an mhp on a beautiful property into a hotel destination with rates of $400 night: The Carneros Resort and Spa.

As someone who is a landlord and a AirBNB host, let me say "Don't freak out" Yes the tenant should have asked if they could run your property as an AirBNB destination, many people are doing just this, your tenant skipped the "Ask first" part.
