well my dad started in Lake co in the mid 60s and went on to buy and sell thousands of lots.. most of nice, a lot of the oaks and a lot of clear lake.. plus we had a nice ranch in upper lake ( hunter Ranch)now that all said I lived in lake port for years.. and that would be the BEST city its the most stable and the reason is they did not allow MH on private lots like most of the other cities.. so you basically skip the trailer trash.

Most singlewides, especailly older ones don't usually don't have W/D's and a coin facility managed and maintained by a vendor is the only way to go unless your onsite mgr is an appliance repair man.
