Changes - shift from major destination getaways to vacationing within 100 miles.

Smaller cabins 1 bedroom style do well in that it's typically last minute bookings by couples so things can stay consistently busy, conversely the big ones 5 bed plus with movie theaters, pools... tend to book further out as the cabin itself is the destination for families and large gatherings.

There is a lot of increasing demand for this market as people chase unique destinations and lower costs. 

Destin, 30A, Panama City Beach are all great areas.

Charleston is actually such a popular tourist destination that the revenue from operating illegally more than offsets the risks and fines, which is creating a huge black market in the city for Airbnbs.
