Im currently in college and would love to connect with other young beginner investors either in college or young adults.

Basically saying you are an adult, I expect you to keep the place up, pay on time and hear from you if there is an issue (not your mom/dad or the police).

These are 4 adult children who could do so much more with their lives but know nothing better  Again, middle class   entitled, live the good life on others expenses (just 2 oft them) Always struggling.

I called her out in front of her new husband and her adult children because she was having a nervous breakdown from crazy tenants running a homeless hotel behind the garage, tenants with horrible child custody battles duking it out in the parking lot, and tenants threatening to kill her.

I list 'other occupants' on my leases and it can be an elderly parent (example:  those with dementia are not put on as a party to the lease as they are not competent to sign), adult or minor children (example, adult child who is a college student, no job/income, does not contribute to rent).I have not had to complete an eviction for a family with 'other occupants' yet, but I think that evicting the named adults who are lessee and 'other occupants' without names would work.I can not think of a reason to have a birthday for an other occupant, age seems to be fine.
