She has done some smart Investments and held on to it:-) Didnt know all the specifics but heard in one of the BP podcasts about a school teacher doing amazing things, he also was talking about a 1031 exchange to leverage the tax burden something to checkout.

If the teacher in those classes took this work you might get a decent grade by hitting the high points of text book requirements.If it were a business finance or economics class, or toward the end of a real estate class, this wouldn't come close to cutting the mustard.
